Menu At the Waterfront Cafe our Menu reflects Seasonal Availability. Summer offerings will include Local Lobster, Large Crab, Local Oysters, Wild Salmon & Sea Trout, Wild Sea Bass, Skate & Sole. During this time all Salad Leaves served at The Waterfront Cafe are painstakingly grown by the Owners in their Organic Gardens and are free from Pesticides & Chemicals. From Autumn the Menu warms up to Homemade Soups, Risotto, Local Pheasant, Partridge, Venison, Pigeon & Rabbit together with prime Local Fish such as Cod & Skate.
